Payments Accepted
We accept all major credit cards through our Website Portal and Company PayPal. For ongoing service we offer the convenience of Auto-Pay via PayPal or Credit/ Debit Card through our Website. We do not accept check payments, and NEVER request cash payments upon arrival. All services must be paid in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. Things come up that you may not be able to plan for. For this reason, we have established a policy that allows for some wiggle room. We require 1 business days notice to cancel an appointment without penalty. There will be a 50% cancelation fee for the second occurrence. If you do not give us this notification three times, service will be suspended.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We clean to your satisfaction. If in the event our cleaning techs do not meet your expectations we will offer a complimentary cleaning on the house to satisfy your cleaning needs.
